Croatian WP uses this spelling.
Does this have relevance for us? It does if she had been using it in Zagreb. It is a better fit for a Yugoslav girl than her Greek name.
This spelling also changes the pronunciation. In our terms, it is Košćina ("shch") in Croatian, but Koscina (plain "sh") in Italian.
