Preservation section is just a direct copy of a museum document

The 'Preservation' section is a direct copy from the museum's SMS (Document STM6065 [1]) with only a footnote attribution. Is it really appropriate to be simply cut-n-pasting out of the museum's own documents ? The entire section is a verbatim copy of 6065 including the classification codes the museum used for each asset which make little sense out side the collections management side of the museum.
