Updated and massively expanded-I ride a GSXR 1100 can you tell? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.195.178.3 ( talk • contribs) 13:17, 3 October 2005
Since the term "slabbie" is slang, it shouldn't be used to refer to the motorcycles in the article. It is fine to define the term since that information is relevant, but the article should have a more formal tone. Perhaps I'll stop by later and try to clean the article up. Is this link to spanish site is really neccesary? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.199.109.67 ( talk • contribs) 19:36, 4 June 2007
When I arrived here this evening there was nothing but a single line of introduction or two, and a list of current and discontinued models. There is now an article, which while not perfect, nor perfectly referenced (yet!) actually tells you something about the importance of the GSX-R, at least as I understand it.
There is this comment here: "Updated and massively expanded-I ride a GSXR 1100 can you tell?" but I'm not sure when it's from. I went back and as far as I could see it's been a stub for a long time.
Obviously others who may know more can improve this article, but at least there is something to work from now.

Thanks! Very helpful tips I will follow in the future.
