President Jair Bolsonaro had recently made it easier for citizens without a criminal record to buy guns.
Now I can see how it might not seem relevant, but it's important contextual information and, oh, mentioned in the BBC article about the shooting; it's not just some random fact. Should it be restored Kingsif ( talk) 21:26, 13 March 2019 (UTC)
Agree with SirEdimon. It is not relevant at all unless it is established that the perpetrators were only able to acquire guns specifically because of this new policy. It is a random fact, relevance is spurious. Venqax ( talk) 02:17, 19 March 2019 (UTC)
Change the name of the article to “Suzano school massacre”, as only one firearm was used during the attack. Bows, knives, and hatchets were also used. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Morbidlycuriousjohn ( talk • contribs) 03:03, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
