I was looking for some info and was surprised to find very little here. I expected to see something about the type of rate for hosting surveys or the scam "win $100 gift card" games for filling them out. — Preceding

Wikipedia summarizes information which is published by other sources. Since no one has identified any published journalism or reports about SurveyMonkey there is nothing to summarize to use as a base for Wikipedia articles. If you can identify some published sources then please share them.
