Clearly whoever wrote this article is biased. The Soviet Union was the country as a whole and the other bullet points were provinces within it. Therefore, an equal bullet point for the country along with its provinces is misleading. The Mysterious El Willstro ( talk) 21:32, 11 August 2012 (UTC) reply
