Happypup398: Here are some points on what is missing in the article for an B rating. High Court (Singapore) is an example of an court article, which has an B rating. As this article does not meet these pointers or is anywhere near the Singapore court article, I am reducing the class rating of the article to Start. At least you are partly right in that this is not an stub class article.
