consensus on Heroclix info relocation/removal was reached at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Comics#Heroclix. dfg 17:18, 16 March 2006 (UTC)
Should Linda Danvers really be listed? I've got Supergirl #79 and Supergirl #80, and nowhere in either of those two issues does the name "Superwoman" ever appear. Could some post a scene, page, or panel supporting Linda's inclusion in this article? Otherwise, I'm removing her from this article.-- Trademark123 00:34, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
According to the Merriam-Webster's 11th edition dictionary, superwoman also means "an exceptional woman esp. a woman who succeeds in having a career and raising a family." 69.218.230.103 01:00, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
"The name "Superwoman" was originally copyrighted by Detective Comics.[1] in an effort to prevent competitors for using it. "

I'm unsure what the consensus is about this. I'd have thought the best first step would be to start Superwoman (disambiguation) and then we could discuss which article needed the top slot (if any).
Equally the name is wrong. Following WP:NCC it should be Superwoman (comics), if we were going to move it, which doesn't seem a done deal as I can see a good arguement that this would be the main Superwoman people would be looking for, rather than a song by Alicia Keys or an album by someone else. Regarding the bit on the "New Krypton" arc...
The ref provided, http://www.g4tv.com/thefeed/blog/post/687504/The_Future_Of_Superman_Detailed.html , only says "Superwoman is coming."
Is there anything else concrete that can be presented on this?
Until there is, either a cited article with more than a 3 word sentence or a published issue from the story arc naming the character, I've removed the image and section.

The content of the section is very large and more fit for a separate article. This is the version which seems to have had the most appearances in other media as well. ★Trekker ( talk) 03:35, 27 May 2017 (UTC)

Currently reads: "When Superman died, Lana Lang and Lois Lane both absorbed energy released from his body and the two women developed superhuman powers. Lana gained the power to convert solar radiation into various forms of electromagnetic energy, while Lois developed powers similar to Superman's. Both Lana and Lois became Superwoman. After Lois' death, Lana became the sole Superwoman."
There's no reference or indication of where or when this plotline appeared. 219.88.68.195 ( talk) 00:37, 30 October 2018 (UTC)
To avoid the page from being overcrowded, I am suggesting that we split the Crime Syndicate version of Superwoman to another page. If any of you would like to support or oppose this suggestion, discuss it here. -- Rtkat3 ( talk) 22:04, 10 June 2021 (UTC)
