The Central Jiangsu Campaign mentioned (but without a link), is it possible to have another name Battle of Daihongji (which has a link) ? North wiki 07:10, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Although there is no link provided, I believe this refers to the campaign that took place in the region of central Su (苏中). The campaign is titled "Seven Victories from Seven Battles in Central Su" (苏中七战七捷)。 This is, in fact, considered as one of the most successful campaign commanded by Su Yu, who was, back to the time, the commander of the First Division (N1D) of the New Forth Army (N4A) (新四军第一师师长)。 I have links of this topic, but all of them are in Chinese. You may refer to Google if interested. http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=%E8%8B%8F%E4%B8%AD%E4%B8%83%E6%88%98%E4%B8%83%E6%8D%B7&btnG=Google+Search&meta= —Preceding unsigned comment added by Shddup ( talk • contribs) 19:41, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

As one of the few senior PLA officers to survive multiple purges in 1966-72, we need more on Su's role in the Cultural Revolution. DOR (HK) ( talk) 18:20, 4 October 2015 (UTC)
