I tried to rewrite the article as much as I could. What really makes the article look bad though is all the banners above the article. Could someone go through them and decide which ones are really necessary? It seems a little excessive.
One more thing; I was going to put that the card is well known across Canada, and I know it is, but I couldn't find anything to back up the statement, and it would be deleted anyways. Could someone try to find some evidence to back up the statement that the SPC is well known across Canada? -
