The article is progressing nicely, but there appears to be some kind of misunderstanding regarding Utley's first sale in 1975, which has been deleted twice. Is there a reason to believe that the information is incorrect? Many, if not most, bibliographies and encyclopedias include information re: first sales, e.g. see Clute et al's Encyclopedia of Science Fiction. Also, it looks like the changes are being made by the same editor, but I can't leave him or her a message since the editor is not registered and the IP is dynamic and keeps getting changed :( Ahasuerus 21:41, 25 April 2006 (UTC)
Take it from me, Steven Utley in the virtual flesh -- I made my first professional sale in 1972, and about a dozen and a half more sales before Lisa Tuttle and I placed "Flies by Night" with F&SF.

I have commenced a tidy-up of the Bibliography section using cite templates and tables for short stories, poems and/or book reviews. Capitalization and punctuation follow standard cataloguing rules in AACR2 and RDA, as much as Wikipedia templates allow it. ISBNs and other persistent identifiers, where available, are commented out, but still available for reference. This is a work in progress; feel free to continue.
