Coverage of the subject is fairly thin, but it appears likely that AUTHOR point 3 is satisfied by virtue of his book We Could Not Fail. Considering the disclaimer given in BIO § Additional criteria that meeting AUTHOR "does not guarantee that a subject should be included," I'm not sure this would survive AFD, but it's close enough that I don't feel bad patrolling and leaving well enough alone.
