Does it really make sense to have two almost identical articles, only that one speak about decorations (inlcluding orders) while the other speaks about orders only? Compare equivalent discussion on

The way the articles are current written, the decoration is described as a physical object which represents the order. If that is not the common use, perhaps someone with more subject expertise than me could amend this. As it stands, the topic are different, but so closely related that a merge would be reasonable.
