This used to be a formally-designated CoV neighbourhood, I don't know if it still is, but it's still used by residents and media to refer to this area, which has a distinct atmosphere and social strata from the West End as a whole. Citations may be findable in the Straight, the Sun, the West Ender, the Courier and maybe in CoV records of former official neighbourhoods....
