The article suggests that the name of the stadium was changed in the 1990, and hints at its prior name, but can this be made more clear? Neil916 ( Talk) 15:54, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
In my opinion, the word stadium should not be included because it's not part of the official name, Vivacom Arena Georgi Asparuhov, and as of this moment, there is no other sport venue named after
Vivacom. A relevant example is
St Mary's Stadium and it's former name The Friends Provident St. Mary's Stadium.
From Wiki: The official ground name at opening was 'The Friends Provident St Mary's Stadium'. Initially the club wanted the ground to be named purely after the sponsors, but fan pressure influenced the decision to include a non-commercial title.
