Uh, no, as I recall even from looking up Spedtrum Range for you the other day; Holland, and bivouac following Holland, put the boundary of the Boundary Ranges along Mess Creek, which is the valley to the west of Edziza/Spectrum. The Spectrum Range are part of the
Spatsizi Plateau......which I think is distinct from the Tahltan Highland, I'll check; seems to me the Big Raven Plateau is part of the Tahtlan Highland, while the Spcdtrum Range to its south is not. Guess I'll have to go look at Holland again; didnt want to make this reversal since my last couple of reversals were wrong; but I'm pretty sure about this one, esp. re Boundary Ranges, less so about Tahltan Highland. the inclusion of the Hankin massif (between the Stikine and Iskut) in the Boundary Ranges has always mystified me; why not part of the Stikine Ranges? Guess 'cause there's plateau in between (Spatsizi and/or Tahltan). Anyway, pls go check in Holland, if you downloaded that PDF; he's pretty clear about this.

[1][2]. The range family has North America / Pacific Cordillera / Coast Mountains / Boundary Ranges, even though it says it's separated from the heavily glaciated Boundary Ranges to the west by Mess Creek. Is this a mistake? BTW before you undo any of my edits you should search the infomation I added - most of my input comes from references. --
