Incorrect page-title capitalisation, the phrase is: 'Spanish tinge' not 'Spanish Tinge'

The page-title does not conform to MOS:CAPS, as it's primarily a phrase and not "consistently capitalized in sources" (especially old ones).

I've changed the content according.
