While the site is still unavailable for viewing, their PDF ship summaries can be found with trial and error. These appear to be updated/rewritten and are not the same as the documents I used in writing this article. See for examples

Bahia, and
Rio Grande do Sul. Theoretically you can find more
on the Internet Archive, but there's 34 pages to wade through.
