Sade's style is not soul music. Soul contains features/characteristics of rhythm & blues and gosepl: call and response, tense vocal sound, according to wikipedia's article on it. However, it is soulful and slower in tempo with smooth jazz elements, which would make it appropriate to leave quiet storm as a genre. Dan56 ( talk) 02:04, 6 July 2010 (UTC)
Sade's albums are usually based in quiet storm, but "Soldier of Love" is neither quiet storm nor sophisti-pop. It's closer to the genre's I'd replaced them with which were trip-hop and downtempo. The page for the first single/title track lists it as trip-hop and even rock, for goodness sakes. (````) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.252.164.28 ( talk) 05:01, 16 October 2012 (UTC)

With millions of records sold all over the world, the group Sade has undeniable talent. But what most people don't know is that even though this is a group, Sade Adu, the groups vocalist also is responsible for writing all of the groups songs. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ireevesmpls ( talk • contribs) 02:40, 5 April 2011 (UTC)
I found this information that was added an important part of Soldier for Love album due to some fact that Mr. Revees has that backs up that Sade Adu wrote all the songs and why that is important. Dan56, we will be added some more edits to this article to assist in making it rate unlike its current status. Omni2qt ( talk) 02:06, 13 April 2011 (UTC)
The head section may need some clarification. It is not 10 years from 2002 (Lovers Live) to 2008. You don't meet for the first time when you re-group. -- T71024 ( talk) 08:37, 15 February 2016 (UTC)
What are the correct names of the writers credited for "Babyfather" and "Long Hard Road"? What is the source? My CD (US) booklet lists "J.JANES" and "A.NICHOLLS" as writers. "ANDREW NICHOLLS" is also credited for pre production engineering and "JUAN JANES" for guitar. -- T71024 ( talk) 08:59, 15 February 2016 (UTC)
