Don't know very much about the company – I don't think they're still around, they definitely don't have a homepage (or at least it's not high enough on Google's ranks), and although Google returns a lot of results, there's no detailed information. I have a few SoftKey-branded CD-ROMs, and the entire article's based on the case for a single CD-ROM disc, Design It! 3-D. multima 14:27, 11 June 2006 (UTC)

I'm new so I do not know if there is Wikipedia precedent for how to name sections in articles such as this, so I am not changing the section title myself. However, I feel like 'Marketing' better describes the contents of the section currently called 'Promotion'.

The result of the move request was: moved. Procedural close as revert of an undiscussed move. ( closed by non-admin page mover) Lennart97 ( talk) 10:31, 4 January 2022 (UTC)
The Learning Company (formerly SoftKey) → SoftKey – "(formerly SoftKey)" is clunky. SoftKey more clearly disambiguates, and coverage of the company under the name "The Learning Company" is dwarfed by that under SoftKey. SoftKey International is an acceptable alternative.
