Merged

I've merged this into Smith & Wesson Triple Lock. The two articles were near duplicates in text, and referred to the exact same subject (the first model -is- the triple lock, and the 2nd and later were not covered here). My decision about which title to use was based on the more common and simpler popular name of triple lock, but I have no strong opinion on which title it actually should be listed under. Given the cumbersome official name (longer yet, in fact: ".44 Hand Ejector First Model 'New Century'") I went with easy to find.
