The term skete really exists? It's not a greek form of ascetic? -- Aldney ( talk) 01:26, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

Some attention should be placed on the fact that the skete order is still in place besides the outside link to one site. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tomstrange ( talk • contribs) 18:58, 23 September 2010 (UTC)
In the second paragraph under the heading "Notable early Skete leader Saint Macarius," the first sentence needs correcting. It does not make sense as it is. Something is missing. I do not know enough about the subject to correct it. CorinneSD ( talk) 15:38, 22 April 2013 (UTC)

I don't know whether Kanye's new nickname for Davidson, "skete", should be mentioned in this article or not. There are a number of reliable sources for their spat:
However, this article also has literally nothing to do with the slang term "skete". Despite this, I feel like a lot of people curious about this spat are going to go to the Wikipedia article for "skete" and expect something (myself included). Should something be mentioned in the disambiguation header or the talk page? -- Kodiak Blackjack ( talk) 04:12, 7 March 2022 (UTC)
