The result of the move request was: not moved. The proposed move may be appropriate, but no evidence has been presented to establish 1) That the new name is the school's WP:COMMONNAME (see also WP:NAMECHANGES). 2) That this topic is WP:PRIMARY over the current redirect target, Holy Family University. No prejudice against nominator or anyone else opening a new RM with supporting evidence at any time. ( non-admin closure) Colin M ( talk) 21:33, 4 December 2019 (UTC)
Silver Lake College → Holy Family College – The college's name has changed. Currently the new name redirects to Holy Family University which previously bore the name. I've changed all the links that refer to that school, though there are some links that appear to be referring to other colleges of the same name that don't have articles. If necessary, this could be disambiguated with (Wisconsin). pʰeːnuːmuː → pʰiːnyːmyː → ɸinimi → fiɲimi 05:59, 15 November 2019 (UTC) —Relisting. Cwmhiraeth ( talk) 11:40, 23 November 2019 (UTC)
Stumbled upon the previous name change discussion trying to find Silver Lake College and found out it changed names. I believe an incorrect conclusion was reached in Nov 2019. Per WP:NC-UNI it meets all the criteria to support a name change- Holy Family College reflects the WP:COMMONNAME and it is used across their new website url, logos and branding, athletic teams, etc... And there seems to be sufficient sources that cite the name/identity change. Since the name is a shared historical name with Holy Family University in PA, the Holy Family College page should change to a disambiguate page and Silver Lake College should be moved to Holy Family College (Wisconsin) per the WP:NC-UNI guidelines for disambigs and institutions with shared names.
