I don't understand why C(2) = (K+(h*r2))/2. Shouldn't it be C(2) = (K+(h*r1))/2 ? I say this because the holding cost by week 2 should apply to the units that were produced in the first week right? r2 is what is produced in week 2 so should therefore have no holding cost at instance 2.
