Merging Silicon Taiga with whatever it be.
I don't see the necessity to merge this one topic with any other since it has been created to demonstrate an independent theme, concerning development of IT sphere in Siberia. The "Silicon Valley" article isn't merged with California or Palo Alto, so this one article also shouldn't be.
