Unfortunately, I think this article is a quick fail based on the Good article criteria 1b, for list incorporation. The article has a valid cleanup tag suggesting incorporation of one section that needs to be rewritten in prose, and large parts of the article are similar. In addition, the lede needs to be edited to satisfy MOS:LEDE (four paragraphs is the usual maximum), and the citations should probably be removed per MOS:CITELEDE.
