Present or past tense

Since Sigma Alpha RHo only has one chapter, I suspect parts of this article should be in past tense, rather than being portrayed as current. The governance section in particular, but also the membership section. Any assistance members of the org can provide would be appricated. I don't mind making the edits needed.
