Misleading points

A number of points in this article are, in my opinion, misleading. For instance, IpaB, C and D (which, by the way, should not be in italics, as they are proteins) are not injected into the cell but IpaC and D form a translocon at the tip of the T3SS while IpaD guides the insertion of them. Altogether around 25 different effector proteins are then secreted into the cell via this complex. I will start correcting this part first unless anyone seriously objects.
