Not a professional nor native speaker, but the Spanish IPA pronuncation [ʃeiˈniθ palaˈʃoθ] given looks really off. For comparison two articles of people with the same last name (
/info/en/?search=Wilson_Palacios,
/info/en/?search=Exequiel_Palacios) as well as a clip where she introduces herself (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yR5et7IOis, 13 second mark).
I think a closer transcription would be [ˈʃeinis paˈla.sjos], though it were probably best for someone from Nicaragua to weigh in on this.
