The name of the organization is the Service de sécurité incendie de Montréal. Pretty sure editors are supposed to use the official name of an organization. At one time, the name Montreal Fire Department was one of the two official names of the organization but it hasn't been that way in about 50 years. And it doesn't even translate correctly and never did! It was Service des incendies de Montréal, SIM, back in the day, which is Montreal Fire Service en anglais, even if no one called it that. So if you really feel the need to put the English name, it should be the Montreal Fire Security Service and no one calls it that
