Reference 2 is described thus: "Thomas, Andrew (2003). Hurrican Aces 1941 -1945. Osprey. p. 61. ISBN 978-1841766102." The "Hurrican" of course should read "Hurricane", as a glance at the Osprey publication on Google books reveals. However, I cannot edit the reference list, possibly because of a hidden category in operation, and in the absence of discussion will not edit it.
