The main entry/introduction/lead of this article is too long compared to the body. I question how such obvious and noticeable aspect was not discussed and also set as a good article. It is a good article but may not meet the criteria well. Please improve the article. Thanks.

If damage was 2 mil in Cuba and 10 mil in FL, how is the damage the infobox 12.5 million? Do you need to re-take 2nd grade all over again? :P
