is profoundly unneeded unless there is a universally accepted but non-obvious convention, as with Ba'al being inexplicably pronounced BAY-uhl. This guy is presumably pronounced seh-NOOS-ret in English and say-NOOS-ret by English-speaking Europeans but any variant you come up with there's not anyone you'll speak to who will correct you.
