Seiichirō Yamashita →
Seiichiro Yamashita – According to
the naming conventions, unless another most commonly used name can be established, the roman-character names used for Japanese people should be “the form personally or professionally used by the person, if available in the English/Latin alphabet (this can include the spelling appearing on their official website or official social media profile …)”.
Why not, since this is a non-notable article it can be dumbed down by removing helpful pronunciation

The correct Hepburn romanization will still be there in parentheses in the opening spentence. Using official Roman-character spellings the rest of the time, whether they use diacritics (and a few do) or not, is
the rule for Japanese names. If you want it to be otherwise, you need to get the rule changed. –

Support per nomination. Unlike names of Wikipedia article subjects whose native languages, such as Polish or Spanish, use the Latin alphabet with diacritics and / or accents, this is a name transliterated from a non-Latin alphabet and should only be depicted with diacritics if such diacritics are part of this name's standard form. —
