The first four conserved sites in the image in this article are: Y-Y, E-E, C-C, N-N. Then there's a conservative-mutation segregating site: E-Q. That's easy to follow. But the next site, R-C, is listed as neither a conserved site nor a segregating site. What does that make it? Smacdonald ( talk) 04:56, 4 December 2014 (UTC) reply

Thanks! Your comment prompted me to generate a clearer image. Let me know if it's any better than the original. T. Shafee (Evo&Evo) ( talk) 01:29, 8 December 2014 (UTC) reply
The new image looks great! Looks like we still need pages talking about each of those types of mutations. Or maybe just sections on this page? Smacdonald ( talk) 07:25, 8 December 2014 (UTC) reply
Agreed - I'm actually starting work on that the moment with making a conservative mutations page. T. Shafee (Evo&Evo) ( talk) 22:10, 8 December 2014 (UTC) reply
