As the bifurcation, on june 2nd, the Andhra Pradesh page will be the official page that will consists of seemandhra info like madhya pradesh and uttar pradesh which were divided. So there is no need for separate Seemandhra page. To explain the meaning of
Seemandhra it can be stated in brief on the
Andhra Pradesh page itself. The cities of this region are well explained in separate pages of Coastal Andhra and rayalaseema. Seemandhra is not an official name for the residual AP
it will called as
Andhra Pradesh only.

I agree. A brief description can be provided about the three portions of AP and the basis of calling them as such. Valid references for the names should be provided to help the public understand the names and the reasoning behind the names.
