which body has a flag with a map of S. America on it? Perhaps we can use that for the vacant post?

I don't understand the question. No Unasur body has any flag, as far as I know.
The flag in red with the SouthAm map was a proposed flag which is no longer used.
I don't think it is a good idea to use this flag as replacement for anything right now. Salut, --

Signature
is
WP:Trivia and admitted as such
[1] where
WP:Othercrapexists is not a valid reason for adding here. Even so, it would be more suited to the Kirchner page than this.
And would we have it for the every Secy-Gen just because we have it for Kirchner? Say someone like
Alejandro Hamed (althoguh Col and possibly Per/Chi would oppose)?

I don't know who is Hamed, not what does this have to do with any of this. As far as the signature goes, I'd remove it if the same is done in other similar lists across WP. Salut, --

Umm, that is not a reason to keep it. But which list is it on? If you could point me in that direction then ill get consensus there too.
