Pakistan is one of the only countries on wikipedia which has not a single article for a premiership or the presidency of an office holder, to change this every ministry article from Gillani’s to this one should be renamed/moved to government rather than ministry, for example the “Second Shehbaz Sharif government”. The articles can include information of the governments and the premierships as well as still include a list of cabinets.

Would probably be a good idea, e.g. Imran Khan does not even have a premiership page but does have a ministry and first hundred days page. Meanwhile Shehbaz Sharif has a stub premiership.

In Pakistan, the prime minister is never called a premier, so there shouldn't be an article referring them as "premiers." Additionally, in Pakistan, administrations are referred to as governments, not ministries, so you're correct on that point.

The terminology is inconsistent; while a few instances use the term "premiership," most references use "cabinet," "federal cabinet," or "prime minister's cabinet."
