As stated in my edit summary, the bulk of the article is just a resume-like list of the author's works and most of the sources are primary. The author appears to be notable, so I would think it shouldn't be too much to ask to have a proper encyclopedic article, rather than a bibliography masquerading as an article.

Commonly done for authors with bibliography sections of sufficient length; doesn't really even need a proposal. Now done.
