This article is plainly not about someone or something other than Sean Parlaman. The Wikipedia jargon article “ Content fork” defines
A simple search of Wikipedia for “Sean Parlaman” would have revealed that, while he is mentioned in a few other articles (which link to this article), there are as yet no alternate articles on the same subject.
