While I have no reason that it shouldn't be an article, the stub as it stands is more of a short glossary description. To be an encyclopedia article it would be wonderful if there could be a description of the model further than what is there (what sort of data go into it?) and a description of the development (who, when, what sorts of issues were evaluated) and even better....current uses by both researchers and development concerns. -- Rocksanddirt ( talk) 00:00, 15 August 2013 (UTC) reply
