The title of the article, as well as the wording in the entire article is wrong. The song is officially titled "Scream & Shout" [1]. Vancho ( talk) 16:31, 22 November 2012 (UTC)
Like Womanizer (song), there are two covers for this song. One digital, and assuming the other is for physical releases. For "Womanizer", the physical cover was used. Should the same happen here? Britney's site, for example, uses a cover with an image of the two on it. Statυs ( talk) 16:14, 2 December 2012 (UTC)
The single cover clearly says will.i.am & Britney Spears not featuring Britney Spears as we have it. Shouldn't the credits be corrected? werldwayd ( talk) 07:28, 14 December 2012 (UTC)
Billboard is crediting the song as will.i.am and Britney Spears, and as such the title should be changed to. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sashak90 ( talk • contribs) 15:59, 9 January 2013 (UTC)
Should be "it also passed 1 million in digital sales." The article is semi-protected so I can't edit it. -- Alessandro159 ( talk) 17:10, 26 January 2013 (UTC)
I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Scream & Shout's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT ⚡ 17:22, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
This is the official Scream & Shout cover used on iTunes. Can we change the current cover to this one?
The remix to this song needs a single page for the remix song, thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Eleventhblock ( talk • contribs) 00:54, 18 February 2013 (UTC)
I agree, the Hit-Boy remix needs its own page or a more detailed article with information on the music video and a photo of the single cover and one of the stills of Britney from the video. Can someone please update the article with this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by User5482 ( talk • contribs) 07:49, 5 March 2013 (UTC)
Can the remix single cover and a photo from the remix video at least be added to the remixes section? — Preceding unsigned comment added by User5482 ( talk • contribs) 08:00, 8 March 2013 (UTC)

The referenced website doesn't appear to have any content: "while an AOL On reviewer deemed it as a "dance floor anthem" and stated that "perhaps the best part of the song is the best one-liner from Britney's 'Gimme More' – "It's Britney B"." [1]" Baffle gab1978 ( talk) 05:22, 19 March 2013 (UTC)
What the heck does this mean, and why is it relevant here? Except for the bit about fashion I've removed the other nonsense:
"I was very, very excited. Needless to say, I've always wanted to work with her and so completely looking forward to it, super stoked that I finally get to work with her," he told MTV News. "And she was absolutely super professional. [She] wasted no time, showed up before anybody else. [She] was spot on time, not a minute late. Her hair and makeup team, her glam team was amazing to work with. She did her thing. It was awesome to watch. She just lights up. The music kicks in, and it was just awesome. I can't say enough good things about her and her team. They were just awesome." [3]

In this case I think we could consider that review a reliable source given the above. Since everything else is addressed I'll pass the article. Wizardman 15:05, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
The Scream & Shout Hit Boy remix is extremely notable in Britney's discography and videography for having a separate music video and being a collaboration. It currently has 22 million views on Youtube which also makes it notable. A separate page about the Scream & Shout remix with a picture from the remix video and the single cover should be added. — Preceding unsigned comment added by User5482 ( talk • contribs) 07:17, 2 May 2013 (UTC)
Disagree. The difference is the Scream and Shout remix has it's own music video while none of those remixes do and it's a completely different version of the song. It's approaching 25 million Vevo views yet there's not even a picture of the remix video there. It certainly deserves it's own page, especially more than some of her random album tracks that have them. User5482 ( talk) 18:49, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
What key is the song actually in? If the song is actually not in D minor, change the key. On musicnotes.com, it says that the song is in D minor. Ssjhowarthisawesome ( talk) 21:37, 7 May 2016 (UTC)
If the song is predominantly major or dorian, change the key. 2601:584:202:200:D181:3FD:DE80:4EC ( talk) 22:05, 31 August 2016 (UTC)
The song is in G minor, so the song is predominantly dorian. 73.1.57.180 ( talk) 16:41, 19 March 2017 (UTC)
She is still heard on the track and a successful lawsuit has established as much. AWildAppeared ( talk) 09:34, 9 August 2020 (UTC)
