Oppose NI Squirrel Association was a separate organization. Why would you hide the identity and information about an organization in an article about another organization? Questionable motives. The articles are linked and that is appropriate. — Preceding

Oppose For those who have such trouble with plain language, the subject of the above statement opposing the proposed merger is the NI Squirrel Association (an organization), not the article or the subject of the article. The NI Squirrel Association was a separate organization, that means separate to every other organization. It was not a scouting organization but a feeder organization to some scout groups. The NI Squirrel Association was associated with some Scouting organizations in NI but was not a scouting organization. Why then would it be merged into an article on Scouting in NI, something that it was not?

I agree, it doesn't seem notable, or at least the article is lacking a lot of basic information like what is the age group for this "Scouting" organization? It seems like it was a pilot for The Scout Association to launch their Squirrels age range. Perhaps it has a better fit there as a history/background to formation of Squirrels? ~
