There has been a discussion at Talk:Scouting in South West England#Not a satisfactory article that could equally apply to this article and all other 11 region articles in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. I have moved the discussion to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Scouting#Scouting in the regions of England. Please take a look. -- Bduke (Discussion) 09:35, 22 April 2010 (UTC)
I originally prod'ed this for speedy deletion as the topic is not notable. There is a clear consensus that that Scout Districts are not notable and the list of Groups should be removed. However, the history section can be merged to the target, so I removed the prod tag and proposed a merge. This is similar to an AfD discussion on Dorset Scout County which was closed as a redirect to the region article earlier in March. -- Bduke (Discussion) 18:51, 1 April 2013 (UTC)
