The other few paragraphs however, look nice and accurately cited and sourced. Since this probably won't be too hard of a job to do, I will put this article on hold. If editing is ever resumed, then the information in 'Satellite Instructional Television Experiment (SITE), Reports From The NASA Resident Representative In India, Howard L. Galloway Jr.' should be incorporated as it is reprints of messages sent by the NASA representative prior to his death in India during SITE. It provides a useful look into the project as it was running by a man who was intimately involved in it.
I've located a further document of potential use for this article:
It's a 1969 Masters Thesis discussing the project. Graham1973 ( talk) 16:06, 31 July 2011 (UTC)
