Answer: Yes you are correct. In some publications he is also referred to as "
Yehezkel Sasson", although reference to him under this name is technically incorrect. Please see this link from the Jewish Virtual Library as an example (third paragraph):
"Iraqi Jews - The Jewish Virtual Library". Another example can be seen here at the Jewish Agency for Israel (under World Jewry and the Growth of the Yishuv):
"The Haskala Movement - Jewish Agency for Israel".
