Sandao in Chinese characters, which was also known as Sanyu or Sanshu, were a collection of a Prehispanic Filipino polities recorded in Chinese annals as a nation occupying the islands of Jamayan (present-day Calamian), Balaoyou (present-day Palawan),[1] and Pulihuan (near present-day Manila).[2] In the Chinese Gazetteer the Zhufan zhi (1225), they were described as tributary states of the more powerful nation of Ma-i centered in nearby Mindoro. 49.145.251.213 ( talk) 11:43, 9 March 2023 (UTC) reply
