I beg to differ China+HK and Taiwan, EU and US models might have exynos variants but maybe in other regions such as Southeast Asia, South Asia, East Asia and Middle East or the non-LTE model is the snapdragon variant and its existence is proven by the qualcomm website here (for 8.4 model)
[1] (for 10.5 model)
[2] and proven by this article here
[3] Thus declaring that there is indeed a snapdragon variant besides the exynos one which might be the offering in other countries.

Not all countries in Southeast Asia might have the same cpu, but the official website is enough to include its designation in the article albeit removing that one is specific for the LTE model and the other is for the non-LTE model. That is the best solution as there might be countries offering the snapdragon variant that we are unaware of.

I live in Malaysia, I know Singaporeans and Indonesians with Exynos-powered T705s. You can check the Samsung websites for each respective country.
