I dont know what are the Admins doing? This article claims that this person was on the Board of Adviser of Pentagon & NASA. Whatever that means. There is nobody to correct it. It is not surprising that most of reputed organisations and universities, refuse to allow to refer Wikipedia as a reliable source.
