It appears editor SRL1908 is an editor with a conflict of interest with this article. I've gone through and removed things that weren't important, or were irrelevant to the article and tried to bring it up to a better quality in general. I left a message on their page encouraging them to post here with a WP:COI banner under the project banners. For now I've removed the COI tag on the article page as I think it doesn't have object bias after my edits. Feel free to add any comments/thoughts on this!
